When Performance Ford bought Willey’s, we continued with them due to the work , able to get us in and vehicle maintenance work done in a timely manner. I took my car in for a funny noise and the technicians didn't rest until they found the source. It turned out to be a simple problem but I'm grateful they turned over every rock and stone to figure it out. They also walked me through everything they were doing and answered all my questions along the way.

I had a cam phaser rattle on my Lincoln. Robert was professional, responsive, and very helpful during the repair.
The took in mu truck and did yhe work in record time.
The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and Thorough. He was very good at explaining to me the issue and the repair. Also, they kept me abreast of The progress and when the repair was completed.
I was passing through Utah and needed an oil/filter change. Performance Ford got my Explorer right in and quickly got me back on the road. I highly recommend them for service!

Quick professional service. Trey took excellent care of my car and my schedule. I was impressed that he called me by name and made several personal calls to keep me informed of what was happening. I recommend Performance Ford and Trey Hawkes for Superior Service. I had oil changed, tires rotated and 3 safety recalls.

These guys were awesome. I went in on a Friday and they had my truck in the following Monday and did a great job keeping me updated and they also tackled some recalls that I was unaware of. Highly recommended.
They were super fast, thorough and did the full video preview before the work was started and no pressure but follow up on all findings after the service. So much better than the Ford dealerships further north in Utah. Love performance Ford!

Excellent Service. They were very professional and completed my service in a very timely manner. Jose set me up with a shuttle home and then my car was delivered to my house. How convenient is that?!!!!
I’ve gotten service done here before and the team is great. Shay helped out with everything that truly needed servicing with my vehicle and didn’t include any unnecessary services and was also very responsive with vehicle updates. Overall a great experience.
Trey is always friendly and helpful. Willing to help us out however he can. He keeps us informed. The department always figures out what is wrong and fixes it.
Location isn't ideal and waiting area pretty bare bones but, otherwise, service is usually pretty good. They even offer to pick up your car.
Very communicative and understanding of not only my own needs but the needs of their own. Being treated like part of their family rather than just another wallet was a huge part that lead me to believe this will be the place to go
My raptor has nearly 250,000 Miles and it has not required much maintenance. However when maintenance is required, Performance Ford has done an amazing job. They always try to find the cheapest route for me to keep my truck maintained at the best level possible and at the best prices.

I brought my 2022 F150 into Performance Ford for a programming recall and to get my 100,000 mile service done. Jose welcomed me and provide me with an estimate for doing the required service. He said that they would need the truck all day and he arranged for me to get a ride back home. By 2:30pm I got a call that the work complete and I could get my truck. The service team in Bountiful is amazing! I love the valet service, very convenient. The service advisor Treyton was very helpful getting things done correctly and quickly. I appreciate the service package for the oil changes, other places end up charging more because you have a truck with a larger engine but there have been no hidden costs associated with the 3 oil change and route package. When I first purchased my truck, I worked with William in sales. From the beginning, he was transparent, professional, and completely non-pushy. Rob always takes care of us. We took our car in to have it serviced with an oil change Saturday and he made sure to get us in and out. The whole process took maybe a half hour to 40 minutes and had us on the road.
Rob took great care of us. Their service and parts departments have great staffs and are always ready to go the extra mile. Will definitely return to Performance Ford for our next service.

Just an oil change
Dropped truck off for oil change, tire rotation, and running board issue... all fixed up and no charge to me... think it was the last free oil change with my purchase. Rob was quick to respond to texts and inform me when finished.
