Performance Ford Bountiful Service Center

The dealership and staff are awesome. Lincoln.... you have A LOT to work on. I would not buy or have this navigator again if it was FREE! I would pick a different vehicle. Thought I was getting the best of the best and it's been a problem over and over and built cheap!

Truly a very good experience. We were on a family trip when our truck developed a leak in the rear differential. I called the shop and Shay was able to get us booked the same day. The repair required parts the shop didn't have in stock but they were able to get a rush order on them and had the truck back up and running the very next day. Excellent service from Shay and all the staff there. Only point for improvement would be to increase the fleet of vehicles available from the dealership for temporary use as they were all out by the time we got there and so was the local Enterprise.

Rob is the man! He always does what’s in the best interest of both the car and the customer. Makes sure the job gets done right. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Andrew was great to work with. He got us in and out timely with oil change and tire rotations. Andrew is friendly and knowledgeable, it was great to meet and work with him.

Great communication and that makes all the difference

Rob is rad! Every time I've been in for anything, parts or service. He is always great at keeping in contact when we have needed any of our needs met weather it be purchasing a part or getting a scheduled service handled. He also helped directing us to a car sales associate for another seamless vehicle purchase. We ended up with a new vehicle from another Perfomace dealership (Performance Honda). That being said, I'm guessing a car purchase at Honda was made without any gain for him or the car salesman at Ford. Hands down, Rob and Performance Automotive dealerships have been a delightful experience. Thanks for taking care of us!
