These guys were awesome. I went in on a Friday and they had my truck in the following Monday and did a great job keeping me updated and they also tackled some recalls that I was unaware of. Highly recommended.
They were super fast, thorough and did the full video preview before the work was started and no pressure but follow up on all findings after the service. So much better than the Ford dealerships further north in Utah. Love performance Ford!

I’ve gotten service done here before and the team is great. Shay helped out with everything that truly needed servicing with my vehicle and didn’t include any unnecessary services and was also very responsive with vehicle updates. Overall a great experience.
Trey is always friendly and helpful. Willing to help us out however he can. He keeps us informed. The department always figures out what is wrong and fixes it.
Location isn't ideal and waiting area pretty bare bones but, otherwise, service is usually pretty good. They even offer to pick up your car.

My raptor has nearly 250,000 Miles and it has not required much maintenance. However when maintenance is required, Performance Ford has done an amazing job. They always try to find the cheapest route for me to keep my truck maintained at the best level possible and at the best prices.

I brought my 2022 F150 into Performance Ford for a programming recall and to get my 100,000 mile service done. Jose welcomed me and provide me with an estimate for doing the required service. He said that they would need the truck all day and he arranged for me to get a ride back home. By 2:30pm I got a call that the work complete and I could get my truck. The service team in Bountiful is amazing! I love the valet service, very convenient. The service advisor Treyton was very helpful getting things done correctly and quickly. I appreciate the service package for the oil changes, other places end up charging more because you have a truck with a larger engine but there have been no hidden costs associated with the 3 oil change and route package. When I first purchased my truck, I worked with William in sales. From the beginning, he was transparent, professional, and completely non-pushy. Rob always takes care of us. We took our car in to have it serviced with an oil change Saturday and he made sure to get us in and out. The whole process took maybe a half hour to 40 minutes and had us on the road.
Rob took great care of us. Their service and parts departments have great staffs and are always ready to go the extra mile. Will definitely return to Performance Ford for our next service.

Just an oil change
Dropped truck off for oil change, tire rotation, and running board issue... all fixed up and no charge to me... think it was the last free oil change with my purchase. Rob was quick to respond to texts and inform me when finished.

I had an outstanding experience at Performance Ford Service Center, all thanks to Jose. The air conditioner in my Explorer stopped working, on the hottest day so far. Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. I had a great experience and Nicholas communicated very well. There was a slight programming issue but they were quick to fix it.
I just had the oil changed on my Ford Powerstroke at Performance Ford in Bountiful. I bought a 3-pack for oil changes so the price was great and I was in and out in a timely manner. The cost was less than an oil change at Jiffy Lube and I felt better having it done at the dealership. Jose was great to deal with kept me updated on progress and timing.
I’m always treated well when getting routine maintenance completed.
Shay at Performance Ford was wonderful to work with. He kept me updated on the issues with my vehicle and took the time to follow up afterward to make sure everything was resolved and that I didn’t have any remaining concerns. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers.

Vehicle picked up for recall. Performance Ford Associate was polite and reassuring that vehicle was in good hands. I was kept informed of pick up and delivery process. Service Advisor called me to explain that vehicle software update would require more time. Returned following day. I appreciate the time and effort from Performance Ford to address the recall.
