Check engine light on test drive caused concern, but we purchased the car because it was Certified by Ford. After 2 weeks we determined it needed a catalytic converter. Made a service appointment, and dropped it off. The dealership paid for the cost to replace the part, and it was done quickly. No issues since. Certified means no worries about buying pre-owned. This is our second car from this store, and we have always had a positive experience with the shop. Good people.
People don't buy Lincoln's just to have a car, they buy Lincolns because they love them. Performance Ford also loves my Lincoln. They treat her like it goes home with them. I never have to worry about getting the best care for my baby, Performance Lincoln is my first and last choice.

Rob understood my concerns, made a plan to find a solution, and even had a prepaid Uber drive me home while the work was being done. Then, he totally flabbergasted me by waving the cost of the repair and even had my vehicle delivered back to my home. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. My experience was amazing!
Had to get some major work done on my car but was slammed with work. They were able to pick my car up from my house, deliver me a loaner car to my house, and then had my repairs done before the original projected date. And even took some money off at the end for any inconvenience. Shoutout Rob.

Performance Ford did an amazing job on my oil change and rotation yesterday. I used the valet service, where they picked up my car and service it and then they returned my car to my home. I didn't even have to take time out of my day to sit around waiting for the service to be performed like I've had to do at other service centers. I'm definitely going back to Performance Ford!
I asked to have the following work done: new sunroof, new rear disk brake rotors and shoes, tail pipe and muffler. Then they found the idler arm is bad and replaced it. This was a 2012 F250 diesel crew cab truck. Other ford dealers wanted 40% more and would not finish for three weeks. They did the job in one week.
We always bring our cars (F350 and Mach-E) here for service. Every service writer/manager runs their team efficiently and effective. I appreciate the valet service and video inspections. We will continue to use them and plan to purchase our next vehicle here.

We’ve been customers of Willey’s for many years. When Performance Ford bought Willey’s, we continued with them due to the work , able to get us in and vehicle maintenance work done in a timely manner. I had a cam phaser rattle on my Lincoln. Robert was professional, responsive, and very helpful during the repair.

They were super fast, thorough and did the full video preview before the work was started and no pressure but follow up on all findings after the service. So much better than the Ford dealerships further north in Utah. Love performance Ford!
