An Active Performance Exhaust Audio System Installed on New Ford Mustang

With this in mind, Ford has engineered a series of Mustang models with an Active Performance Exhaust Audio System. The Exhaust System's four audio settings allow drivers to adjust and schedule in advance specific modes and times.

Settings

Our New Ford Mustangs in Bountiful comes outfitted with the lowest exhaust noise setting, the Quiet mode, followed by the Normal and the Sport modes, then comes the loudest mode-the Track setting.

In the Quiet setting, the vehicle's operator can pre-schedule the engine start-up early in the morning when they are ready to start their day. The Normal setting works for drivers during regular daytime hours. The Sport setting gives that extra jolt in the evening, and the Track setting gives drivers a blast of high-pitched exhaust sounds on the racetracks.
